Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome.
You can exchange your item for another size, colour or style, subject to availability. Voluntary exchanges require unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

Incorrect Item, Size or Colour
If we sent the wrong item, size or colour, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help promptly. Where the error is ours, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund and cover the applicable return costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please report damage or defects immediately after delivery, preferably within 7 days, with your order number and clear photos. Stop wearing or using the item. Confirmed defects will be handled through a repair, replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.

Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Contact us before sending an item back. For hygiene reasons, worn earrings are not eligible for voluntary exchanges. Damage caused by misuse, poor care or ordinary wear is not normally covered.
